David Elliman
Senior Advisor

David D. Elliman earned a B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in cell biology from the University of California, at Irvine, and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School, with honors. After graduating from Wharton in 1977, David worked at Citibank N.A as a portfolio manager and a research analyst until his departure in 1981.

Mr. Elliman is the founding principal of the Elmrock Group of companies, where he is both CEO and Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for the asset portfolios of these companies and their clients. The group is comprised of Elmrock Capital, Inc., Elmrock Management, Elmrock Partners and a number of affiliated funds and special-purpose affiliates.

In addition to his work at Elmrock, he served as director of Applied Signal Technology, Inc. from 1991 until its acquisition by Raytheon in February, 2011 and served as a director of CapMAC Holdings, Inc. until its merger with MBIA in 1988. David serves as a Member of Board at The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), and is a Trustee of The Jackson Laboratory.
